Former Indian captain MS Dhoni unveiled the first image from his graphic novel Atharva: The Origin on Wednesday. It was written by Ramesh Thamilmani. The series has been directed through Vincent Adaikalaraj and Ashok Manor. In the series, former player Atharva is going to be shown in a new, never-before-seen look. When the first glimpse of Atharva was revealed the fans were unable to remain calm because it featured their favorite cricketer sporting a brand-new appearance. The first image features Dhoni as an animated character in a battleground fighting monster-like creatures.

“Happy to introduce my brand new Avatar..Atharva. (sic),” MS Dhoni revealed the first look of this series via Facebook.

People who love MS Dhoni took to Twitter to talk about the former cricketer’s latest look. A segment on the web was shocked because they hadn’t expected to find the ex- skipper’s animated appearance. They posted on Twitter to praise the captain’s fresh appearance.

Former India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni has revealed the first glimpse of him in the role of Atharva from his forthcoming graphic novel entitled “Atharva: The Origin’.

Dhoni posted the first teaser for his web series about mythological sci-fi on his Facebook account.

“Happy to announce my new Avatar…..Atharva….,” he captioned the post.

The preview showcases Dhoni as an animated character on the battlefield.

The former cricketer’s character can be seen fighting an army of monsters. It is said to be an “new graphic novel for the modern age”, Atharva: The Origin` is an adaptation of debut writer Ramesh Thamilmani’s book that was never published that was titled the same.

The series’ upcoming release is supported by Dhoni Entertainment, the media company founded by Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni in the year 2019.

The actor has had a few experience with movies or the entertainment industry. The biopic of Dhoni – MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, which was released in the year 2016 and proved to be a huge success. This time around, Dhoni is going into the realm of graphic novels. In this, his character is an individual character. It will be fascinating to find out the way this Graphic novel plays out.
